Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team via Contact us form in 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Used is counted when item is returned without its original pachaging, has parfume or any oddrs, as well any sign of use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • If the item is faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund. If the item is not faulty but you have simply changed your mind, we may offer a refund or exchange if you prefer, but at your own cost.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

  • We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via Contact Us form. We will provide you with instructions on how to manage your returns. Please make sure to include your order number and reason for return in your correspondence.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds may take up to 10 working to process.
